There is no seniority, there is no hierarchy, there is no representative, there is no leader or assistant
We try to do this without money involved or monetary interests, without a personal or corporate name, and utilizing the little that is left on the net that allows this. Meaning it doesn't identify a person or a legal entity as the authority on using and managing a service that may be provided for "free", meaning no cost. If you like to donate money, support disroot.org or neocities.org for being trully "free" oriented and not just providing free of cost service. It makes a difference.
When it comes to decisions we decide for ourselves, nobody decides for us. If we were to hand power to an individual to decide for us then we wouldn't be equal, and our bet (in doing this our way, not their way) will be lost. Services on the internet utilize a cell-phone owner and app-user to be the main contact of the account, or require outright identities and legal addresses. Therefore handing power to this individual to lock the rest of us out or refuse our collective decision (see what happened to void, its founder, and the "manager" of resources). Services such as wordpress, sourceforge, biblio, and many others require such personal or corporate entity to be the "leader" managing the account. It is as if a ministry or other government agency require a representative, the head, the master, of a union, to "negotiate" with, they are not willing to negotiate with a headless organization. So we don't negotiate, ever, at least not using a representative. We negotiate using our ways and our time. Their time incorporates authority and hierarchy.
We are not clueless or expect such freedoms to continue to exist on the net, the walls are being built all around us, they are closing in, and you may be conditioned to think you have freedoms but the freedom to associate and organize from the bottom, without a top, is being minimized day by day, in both digital and physical/political life. We will push the envelop as far as there is space to push. Only then do you realize the extent of freedom, when the choker leash gets tight around your neck.
Then we will speak/write about the experience, as far as we are allowed, and this is the least and most we can do. It is also participating in politics and learning to "do politics" instead of allocating the power to others to "do politics" for you. Politics is our interaction about things we share, we have in common. Let us defend what is ours while they are busy taking it away, or protecting what they have taken from us.
We would like to thank the owners of pozol.eu for providing the domain name they offered for us to use, disroot.org for providing us with a great source repository amd wiki (forgejo instance), neocities.org for providing us this website space and tools, both free of commercial advertising and data-minning. We finally thank sysdfree editor for providing us with a sourceforge.net reliable, free of cost, binary package and tarball/iso server, while being respective of our collective entity that such "free" servers don't.
We also thank Linus Trovalds for providing us with a kernel to make everything work -- Eric Vidal@Obarun for many years of hard work removing systemd as a running dependency from Arch software, porting S6 to Arch, and for developing great tools such as the 66 bundle, and many more -- Laurent Bercot@skarnet for providing us with s6. mdevd and more -- Gerrit Pape for Runit -- and countless others for all the software they have written and shared with the unix/linux community.
We finally thank this Jean-Michel character for reminding us that FOSS means that if you don't like what you find ready, hack your own and share it back. His annoying existence made this project possible. We wouldn't have done it if it wasn't for him!
