New images on new host with new repositories

No more dated editions to avoid confusion, every installation image will replace the previous and will be called jobo-latest.tar.xz

The builder chroot image will simply be called jobbot.tar.xz

The sha256sums for the latest images will be in joborun-img.256.sums

The host from now on is sourceforge https://sourceforge.net/projects/joborun --> files --> images

Refer to the wiki on the link above on how to use this tarball from any unix/linux system, to install joborun-linux.
